Terms and Conditions
TERMS:
- Domestic Shipments - Net 30 days. F.O.B. our plant
- Foreign Shipments - Prepayment via wire transfer, company check or other standard means.
- Please Note: If other terms are required, please contact AMC to discuss your requirements.
WARRANTY:
Advanced Microwave Components warrants all its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If within one year after delivery to the original owner, any product from AMC is found to be defective, AMC will at its option, repair or replace said defective unit. This warranty does not apply to products which have been disassembled, modified, or subjected to conditions exceeding the applicable specifications or ratings. All returns must first be authorized by a AMC sales department employee.
